Objectives
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technology User Group is a UK-based forum for the exchange and presentation of ideas and learning experiences relating to the Microsoft CRM product.
The user group focusses on the technology around the Microsoft CRM product and the intended audience is technical practitioners, developers and people who specialise in the deployment of Microsoft CRM. The intended audience is therefore primarily - but not exclusive to - consultants who implement, configure and customise Microsoft CRM.
The user group is focussed around meetings between members, and offers the following:
- National Conferences with keynote presentations from Partners and other expert speakers
- Informal regional meetings hosted by local members
- Monthly newsletter
- Web-site for sharing user group information
- Subsidised training courses and discounts on books
- The opportunity to work with Microsoft on the direction of the CRM product
Costs
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technology User Group is independent from Microsoft and is owned by its members. The CRM User Group is a non-profit making organisation.
There is no charge for membership of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technology User Group.
There is typically no charge for meetings of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technology User Group.
Events
There are two National Conferences per year, generally in late May and late October.
Regional meetings take place on an ad-hoc basis at the discretion of the local members.

- Integration of CRM with other products, such as SharePoint, BizTalk
- Producing reports with SQL Server Reporting Services
- Calling Microsoft CRM Web Services
- Telephony
- Architectures of CRM Implementations
